[Recieving any kind of attention from Allura was something Lance had been after since they had met. It was the reason half of his flirtation was laced with a humorous note--even an amused grin or a laugh would have been enough acknowledgment. So a kiss, much less one like this, was something he thought of as a long shot.

The negative effects of the alcohol are beginning to kick in. And are going to completely and absolutely ruin this moment. And as per her physiological quirks, her skin tone is quite literally turning a bit green in colour.]

[She moves away from him, practically shoving him off her, but it has nothing to do with the kiss and everything to do with the fact that she's moving to the nearest potted plant and...
[Lance would, in many circumstances, be upset by her almost violent reaction and means of throwing him off. But he has been to his fair share of parties, and he knows how quickly alcohol can hit and affect humans. He imagines it's probably not much different for Alteans.
And so he sighs and moves over to her. He places a hand on her back, rubbing in slow gentle circles as the other goes to brush her hair back from her face.]
[She's resting her forehead against the flowerpot, on her knees and it's no doubt a very un-Princess-y sight. There's that white hot surge of embarrassment, but she's still too dizzy and too drunk to act on it, and though the slow gentle circles at her back do offer some comfort, she does shrug Lance off a bit.]

[And before she can really get defensive about her current state, she turns back to throw up in the pot again, and afterwards, mutter something about the Sa'turalia Party while resting her head against the cool plaster of the pot.]
[He frowns as he's shrugged off. He can understand why she does, but he is trying to help.]
Could be something with the mix...or the alcohol they used. They...definitely don't agree with everyone. [He places a hand on her back again, though it doesn't resume the soothing circles from earlier.]
Do you want to get out of here? The Porter probably isn't the best idea but Hunk probably wouldn't mind you crashing there...or we can get you a room somewhere. Sleep it off?
[Her forehead remains against the pot, at least until the room stops its spinning and dipping for a bit and she can feel like she can breathe against without getting sick. But, ancestors, does that rubbing feel good, and understanding what he means by "crashing" in the not-literal sense but in the sleeping sense, she lets out a sigh.
